Now this can be a new way to accept bribes. Paying bribes via paypal.

‘Under the table’ is now becoming a problem for govt. officers, so paypal can be a good alternative. They can simply ask the person to transfer the money online via paypal or alert pay or moneybookers , etc. So Anti-corruption wont have any practical proof. It all goes online. The govt. officers can also simply maintain a website and under the pretext of selling ads, they can show officially a great amount of their bribes official (black money to white money) also !

Now this can be seriously dangerous, Anti-corruption bureau would find it much difficult to check & verify online accounts.

NOTE : I do not believe or support corruption and i am always against corrupted activities.
