Microsoft may borrow money for yahoo deal
Its a bit surprising for me that Microsoft may actually borrow 50 percent debt for yahoo deal and not just pay entire cash. Experts say this as wise step and maybe it is. But to be frank, it looked a bit funny to me at first sight. Someone taking debt to buy a company. Oops! no kidding, its serious thing. Good step, Microsoft. I was very much sure from the beginning that Microsoft-yahoo deal will happen, not quickly but it may take time to finalize, maybe few more weeks or months, but it is surely going to happen. Just wait and watch. Microsoft badly needs that search engine. This process can be much accelerated if 3rd party pop-ups on the table to buy yahoo. But i don’t suppose any till now, nor it is likely too. But you can’t say anything until last moment. Silicon startups are sometimes weird.
