Jajah sucks !

Jajah still sucks. I last time wrote about jajah problems. I received an e-mail from jajah representative but still they havent solved my issue, both payment and technical issues. The technical issue is that i am not able to change my phone no. nor able to call at any destination and money being cut even if no calling takes place … (the list goes on !!). The payment issue is that my money is being cut every timefor no reason upon the fact that i am not able to add funds nor make any call. I have send hundred times e-mails to jajah for this, but it seems that customer care doesn’t exist itself. It seems i will have to look for some other web telephony service, maybe Skype.

Ya…they just jacked the minimum payment to a whopping $75!!! It used to be $2. No email, no warning, no nothing. Just a bunch of crooks
yeah, it sucks. The rates they provide are no better and sound quality is also not up to that mark (you hear sounds actually after 1 sec after speaking). The site has several technical issues too and is famous for charging for calls which haven’t took place ! Its sucks really.
