Jajah India ?

When i was unable to add new funds in my existing jajah account due to jajah’s some technical problems, i went for a fresh account using another e-mail ID. This time as i choose my country as India, i was given INR ~10 as free start up balance. Also there was an option of adding funds in Indian currency (Rs.). Previously, jajah used US $ and they gave $ 2 = INR 84 as free credit for start up, compared to Indians getting Rs. 10 = US $ 0.25 only 
Pretty disappointing. Why US users get 8 times more than Indians ? I can figure out the reason of jajah adding INR currency option for Indians because yahoo does have a large user base in India. (Jajah yahoo deal)
