I use jajah to call to Oman. Past 2 weeks, i was trying to add funds in my jajah account but was unable to do it. The ‘add funds’ option redirected to ‘calling’ option. I tried all the ways to add fund but that URL redirected to ‘calling option’. I was angry. When i don’t have any money in my account, wtf am i gonna call anyone. I tried to add funds from other PC’s but in vain. Finally i shoot an e-mail to customer care and today i received an e-mail from their side stating that jajah is experiencing some technical problems and the problem has now been sorted out. I think they should have warned this problem before or they fear losing some sales ? Was it because of overload of traffic from yahoo! users whose calling facility was to be handled by jajah as their recent deal ?
