HP Customer Care
HP customer care is the worst customer care service ever seen in laptops. At least in India, they suck or maybe they fool. They give you phone nos. and half dont work. The other half are either busy or unable to reach no. or call later or leave your message (automated tape, it sucks man !). I tried e-mailing them, online complaints but nothing works. So what shall i do know ? go to consumer court ? I had ordered wi-music receiver along with My Compaq presario laptop (It had an offer). Its more than 3 months but no reply. Although, i got confirmation e-mail saying that they will dispatch the device SOON (?. lol). I got these HP customer care phone numbers :

Does anyone have any Sr. person e-mail in charge of HP, specially to ‘HP Redemtion Cell’ or any no. which ACTUALLY lets you speak to some guy of HP.

You will need to send the Original Bar code of your laptop (The bar code would be on the box containing your laptop when you just order it) with DD of Rs. 500 and also Xerox copy of you bill of purchase to HP redemption cell, New Delhi. But i suppose this offer (Wi music receiver) is now long time back closed if i am not wrong (yes, 10th may). Here’s the e-mail id of HP redemption cell if you have any problem

I think the Hp service is worst. I have never seen such a service in my whole life. I suggest not buy HP product. I have purchased a laptop and the offer ( wifi music receiver). I have sent the draft on 30/05/2008 via courier and same was approved.On 7/29/08 you said 2 or 3 weeks more and today is 10/10/08.

I finally got it via courier, 2 or 3 weeks back. Works fine. But service really sucks ! I had to e-mail someone who contacted me via this post and after that, i got the reply and it was despatched then after. HP sucks !

Nischal – Yes, if you bought the model from US, they would deny it because US and indian models differ. Not that OS wont be installed but they wont do it. They may say plain, go to US and get your OS from where you bought it. Go to official HP site and try to get ph nos. or even talk to their online customer care representative. he can give you the solution. If not, get hold of some geek and tell him to install OS for you (It isn’t big deal).
Mayank – laptops arent suggested for gaming, and for that reason AMD processors exist. Its natural if you play heavy games, laptop will be heated. And due to this, also it will shut off (I had that problem while playing GTA san andreas). Limit your gaming on laptop because laptops get heated very fast.

As for as I know Viewsonic’s customer service is the worst of all. I filed my complaint more than 10 days ago and still waiting for it to be rectified. They don’t have any service centre anywhere in India where you can get the product repaired. If something happens to your Viewsonic product, you will only have to call or email them and wait endlessly. It’s so pathetic that such a reputed company has the worst customer service.

Nischal – No, it doesnt work out that way. US models and indian models are bit different. The indian ones will get service only in india and same for US. This policy applies to most brands except you have international warranty for service (I suppose its rare service). You just need to send back to US for it. Can’t help out in india.
If people of HP here are willing to help, then go for it. I have given customer care nos.

It is with deep concern I bring to your notice the lacadaisical approach of the HP redemption cell and as well HP offices when I enquire about the gifts item due to me. The redemption code 1EUK11KJJ2L. It is almost three months I am yet to receive the gifts. The company not only encahsed my Demand Draft for Rs.999 but the HP redemption cell refuse even to pick the telephone and a recorded message comes “our Executives are busy leave your voice message and they will contact you” Umpteen times I left my voice message they are yet to contact me. Any number of phone calls to HP office in various parts of the country the standard reply do not contact us. We are in no way connected with these issues. Even I am denied to bring this matter to higher ups in HP because the reply I don’t know my CEOs name or his number or where he is. The pitiable condition of the customer, is made to run from pillar to post to get his valid gift. If the company cannot deliver the gifts within the stipulated time why then they advertise. Further, our complaints registered at the company’s website does not evoke any response. A bitter experience which we cannot forget (learnt after spending money on STD to Customer redemption cell to listen to the recorded voice and e mail to various persons.) The net result is a big disappointment for the customer who has purchased with lot of expectations. Can I see light at the end of the tunnel.

Its already 7 months over..but i couldn’t get a recovery dvd of my notebook from HP..so friends i will strongly recomend not to but HP laptop…as the customer care of HP is worse in market

I have purchased a HP laptop DV2601TX model in nov last year and just after six months it start creating problems like heating up of battery and their service centre provide the worst service or i can say they fool u. they will ask u to leave the laptop at service center and after 2 or 3 weeks return u without doing anything. i gave my laptop at jhansi service centre 4 times within last 6 months,out of these 4 times they return my laptop 3 times without doing anything and last month they kept it for 3 weeks and changed the battery and motherboard of my laptop and when they gave it back to me, after 2 days of servicing I found that its webcam was not working and one compoment is also missing and it still have the display(graphic)problem, instited of repairing the old problems they put new problems in my laptop.
Now onward i recommend everyone(in my friend circle) not to buy any HP product they suck and never listen to ur complains, buying a HP product is wasting your money and time. Now I am planning to go to a consumer court.
if there is anyone who can help me please help me.
and give me ph. no. on which i can file a last complain, and if there is anyone responsible person in HP please look into the matter.

you are right. the hp support is really a big tragedy and it is not just in India. I wanted support for my notebook which is now just 2month old, but to replace a motherboard is a question of at least 3 weaks and the people looks like if they have seen a computer for the first time. Its better to throw the pc in the trash bin and purchase one from some trustable company.

Very worst customer service, you may be monopoly(HP),up to what extent, buying a product for your name and GOODWILL ,not at all supporting even for driver downloads and Service Manual means, you will be gone away from the heart of the beleivers of your product, a lot of very cosistable products are available in the market,only our fate is we purchased and beleived you for the WORLD No.1 Hewlett-Packard brand name,
what happens finally you will be Vanished try to understand the problem of your customer and provide the solution without any additional cost, because your driver files or your spare parts can’t be used for other machines, then why the hell we have to surrender ourself only for a brand name,while we getting a lot even from the mediaker manufactureres,
think of it, we can’t complaint abuot any thing, only we have to request these bloddy beggers, then WHAT IS CUSTOMER CARE…………….?

HP customercare really sucks. It took me 3 and a half months to get my printer serviced, and I even had to pay despite having a valid warranty.

I am a HP customer and probably thats the reason I am suffering since last 4 months.I Purchased an HP Printer F2235 ,Serial No:- CN86P4T0ZK, on 12th April 2009 from Reliance Digital(Vashi,Navi Mumbai).The 22 & 21 HP Inkjet cartridge was given to me along with the printer and I was told that for photo printing I would need to use 58 HP photo inkjet cartridge. I bought a 58 photo cartridge on 13th April from Reliance digital. However, when I tried to use the same on 10th May it didnt work and a message was shown that the cartridge was incompatible. On 14th May09 I took it to RT OUTSOURCING (Mumbai) and they replaced the same by a new one. However the error message continued to show and then I took the printer to the REDINGTON service centre, Vashi and the engineer informed that 58 photo inkjet cartridge is not compatible with my printer.
After running a lot here and there unnecessarily to handle the problems given by the printer, which the end-user is not supposed to do for the companys fault (on the box it was wrongly printed that 58 photo cartridge is compatible with the printer), I would request you to arrange for a quick refund of my money for a total amount of Rs.4255 only (for the printer Rs..3096 only and for the 58 photo cartridge Rs. 1159 only).
I have already submitted photo copies of all invoices for printer and cartridges along with the printer, printer-accessories and all cartridges namely 21,22 and 58 as requested by REDINGTON personnel for the refund but till date no action has been taken.
Moreover on 3rd July I went to take my printer back as I didnt receive the cheque I saw my new printer was kept without any cover and the box was kept somewhere else.When I tried to use the printer once I brought it back to my surprise I saw the scanner and the photocopier was not working.Till now I have been calling Mr.Mahendra who now says he is a logistics person and cant help me and also the Manager of Redington Mr.Arif who hardly receives call from customers or even takes any action to resolve customer problem.
This shows how reluctant HP is about its customer and they don’t care for the customers they are only concerned to sell the product.

I purchased HP Laptop DV4-1242tx on 28th Feb 2009 and by that time there was an offer of getting either a Home Theater system or a Camera and i opted for the camera.I had sent them the required DD of 1299 with the bar coded sticker on 3rd March 09.It has been around 6 months i didnt got any reply or phone call from them not even stating thet they have received the DD or not and now when i have called them they came back saying that my case has been rejected bcos the docs that i have sent are wrong.I want to say here is that from last 6 months they were sleeping and now they are saying that the case has been rejected,i have tried calling them many times left messages wrote mails but no response…These guys are really useless no ethics at all…So i request all of you to go for Dell or any other company but never go for HP…These guys really suck

I have very bad experience of this HP Desjet 1280 printers. It cost around 12000 and I have spent 13000 for repairs. Since last two days I trying to contact HP service centre and contact lot of people there Ms. Sushma, Mr. Chandan and lot of other people but no one has given me the satisfactory answer or no one suggest me the right service station.
This refluct the total kind of quality service of a big and repute company like HP in India.
Sometime I feel that we were cheated by HP by selling this type of printer and it is so than No doubt HP is cheating India.
I 200% hope that no one will see this message also and get back like others in your company who committed to solve the problem.
I have No word to say than your this worstest service and behave of your service people.

Hp customer care is worse.
First they do put wrong address and telephone on their site.
and if you are lucky to find correct phone or service center ….
just go there and they try to put your problem in physical damage , liquid damage suspected, or any other category that are not covered under warranty.
they will not listen to your problem but give their conclusion …
I’m going to file a consumer court case on them

HP India service is the worst EVER! It sucks beyond words. 3 days, over 6 hrs of disconnected calls, transfers, poor audio such that they could not be understood, being placed on hold. Finally after the 20th time of repeating my story the guy says, ok you do not have to do anything else. We will send a replacement laptop powere adaptor immediately. Then I got an email with some more back and forth crap! Your system sucks BIG TIME. Needless to say I never received a replacement. The HP powere supply purchased from HP shopping only lasted three months. You guys suck! I will never ever buy another HP product. And I will spread these words far and wide. case# 8028866798

I bought a new ink cartridge(b&w) when i gave the print it showed “estimated ink level information is not available for introductory print cartridges” immediately i called to the toll free number given in the cartridge pack and they given me a phone number of a shop in my locality, chennai and told me to contact them when i called to that number they gave the reply “we are not at all dealing with hp”. hp service sucks!!! better to pass this information to our friends and relatives and stop them from buying this product.

i bought a hp pavilion dv6516tx notebook and its almost 2 yrs ols now. now i hav a problem with the motherboard and it needs to be replaced. the engineer at the service centre gave a rough estimate of Rs 12000 to Rs 15000 cost as it was not under warranty.i ha d to keep my laptop for further inspection and after that the quotation for the replacement of the motherboard only was sent to me to be Rs 20000 excluding taxes. can u imagine??? how the hell does a motherboard cost Rs 20000. HP services centre robs u off totally. i want to verify the price of the motherboard….HP SUCKS BIG TIME… DELL is much much better than HP and i recomend it to everyone…i’ll advice u do the same.

I bought hp pavalion DV.4-1414TX,few weeks ago,and afetr few days there was problem accured in sound and it became very slow.i showed in pune they said there is some problem in hardware and they did not returned to me the laptop for 18 days .After i got the laptop what i found was that they lost the recovery disk which was there in D DRIVE but it was written in the catlog of HP that if u loos ur data you can recover your data from the recovery Disk and you need not to have backup for your recover disk.And now HP servise provider is saying that it is not their fault.so please help me with this or else i will have to sew the HP companyt or else i will go directly to consumer forum.but HP is the wrost company ever i have seen.Actualy i was going for dell but thinking that HP would be better,but actualy my choice was wrong.Please help me with this problem as soon as possible or else i will have to take an action.

i purchased a compaq lappy on 23rd sept cq40 423 model
it worked fine for ten days
but once my battery discharged,after that it refused to turn on.
i gave it to hp service centre at kanpur and the said its a motherboard related prob and replaced the motherboard in ten days. just as it arrived there was another problem of blurring of the screen and within an hour i have to resubmit it for repair.
they said the lcd screen is fine but there is a issue with mother board again. Can you believe this that they have given a new motherboard which itself had problems beforehand. i believe these people are cheating on customers and are using cheap chinese motherboard which cannot even survive for a fortnight.
right now i am regretting my decision to buy compaq.
dont know what to do now????? has anybody any experience of the same kind and can suggest me some remedy for my issues.

Hp guys keep calling for feedback but do not seem to acknowledge complaints. This is the way customer care treats its customer.
The system gets hang all the time, with no document names getting changed to almost my laptop behaving crazy.

Forget about the product.. the people who work for Hp are even more pathetic and the kind of response that u get fm them forces u to throw the laptop on their face n swear tat u would never buy any Hp product ever in your life. I bought Hp Pavillion dv4 model in june and now it has a florescent green line flickering at the end of the screen. They say the screen needs to b replaced and guess what when t repair part arrives its a defective piece. On top of it the employees of Hp dont even care to tell you tat u r not suppose to wait for the work cannot be done.. but instead njoy tat u r sitting tr for hrs waiting for their response. This is exactly what had happened with me at the Hp service center in Bhubaneswar at Babujinagar branch. The lady at the reception says that the engineer has not come and that he would come only at 5.. the irony being that i saw the engineer right there standing in front of me and njoying the whole show. When i say tat i’ll wait she says he might not come as well. Still when i insisted tat i would wait, she says ok ur wish and vanishes in the thin air…. After 4 hrs of long waiting “on askin” i was told that the part received were defective and that i hav to grace them with my presence again.. this was the 3rd visit that i had given them in the last 20 days.. these people are unprofessional to the core and do not deserve to represent the brand of Hp at all.. Its just tarnishing the brand image of Hp and if this continues m sure no one would ever think or even suggest anyone to buy any Hp product ever… at least I would never suggest anyone ever to get any hp product ever in my life…

I bought a HP Pavilion notebook in June 2009.I was asked to send a DD of 4000 so that i would get a Mobile Phone as a gift(As per their scheme).But till this date i didn’t received any thing.When i tried to contact customer care person on that number,i didn’t get any satisfactory(or fruitful) response.It seems they all are confused about products and scheme.
Could any one tell me how should i do now?

Finally I found the number in this website and they gave the same as in website which does not work. The customer support says she cannot help because she is handling the call from Delhi. while i am watching movie online or watching any video clip from YOUTUBE at that time Audio is very good , but while i am using yahoo messenger / google talk or skype messenger at that time audio is very bad , i am not able to listen opposite side person’s voice , sound is cracking and breaking .
here is internet connection is good , i have also checking at another room but i am facing same problem , my another friend also using same laptop with same internet connection at another room , his audio is very nice , but problem with my laptop ,since last week i am not able to do anything , i am very much worried ,so pls kindly request pls give me any solution.

i have bougtht ho dv2000 before 2 years.there was some problem in its motherboard and it ws nt working properly so i changed the motherboard on 22.10.2009. hp servive center new delhi replaced it.now it is again creating problem and when i asked the it person in my office he said i have to change the mother board again.its so early to change the motherboard it is very costly.the problem is that the charging port is not working.so plz tell me the what should i do???

HP is surely bad at their customer support. Its the same case with mee to regarding non availability of any redumption related info to me even after 3 months of deposition of all the required details and barcodes ets. Now on enquiring I found hundreds of unstisfied customers. WHY IS HP NOT DOING SOMETHING ABOUT IT?????? The company must reply. To the all their customers as early as possible.

HP customer care sucks big time!!!
I purchased the lappy in march and in no time it developed the fault, I was unable to switch it on. I tried calling Gurgaon customer care for the same but no one picked up the call. I tried then the customer care for india, they again gave me the same number to contact gurgaon service center(which is not in use, even site has uploaded the wrong number). Anyhow, I reached RT Outsourcing service center of HP. They submitted my laptop and told me that turn around time would be max 4 days. It was then told me that its Motherboard crashed and would be replaced. On inquiring from where would be the part shipped, they told it would be Delhi warehouse. It is around 15 days n on update they just tell me part(Motherboard) is awaiting with no ETA no reason why it is taking so long. On asking one customer care representative of update dept named as Anshul(sharma/gupta) about the area manager to whom i can contact to have some relevant answer, he said i do not know. I am clueless what to do now coz no matter how many times i contact them they never have any update other than ur lappy part is awaiting.
Customer should ideally forget after submitting his/her laptop with them, I had some urgent work but I did not even get the temporary replacement.
People out here if you are thinking of buying HP, think again.

Its regarding redeemption gift for laptop I bought in Feb 2009.I despatched them the draft and S.No immediately. Till now I haven’t received my gift even after continuous follow up. Its more than one year now. So many mails I sent and numerous time I called but of no use. What they gave me is courier detail with consignment no, but when I enquired at courier they say they haven’t received it yet.

HP is a useless product and one should never in dream think f getting it.
for past 3 yr I am suffering with MOTHERBOARD replacement issue for at least 5 times.
Either the product is lying in service centre or DEAD at home..
there is no consumer support system or replacement genuinely.

HP Customer Care and Service Center both sucks. They dont know how to talk to there customers.
On friday i went to HP Service Centre as my charger was not working and from last 3 days they didn’t even communicate to me what is the status of my charger?? Will they replcae or not??
And when today i called then they were saying that we will not able to replace your charger.
Actually those people sitting in service centers dont know how to behave with their customers, on that day whne i was telling the prob she directly told me i am not listening , i had just talk to customer care ppl and they will update you and when i talked to customer care people they told that they haven’t recieved any communication from them and you have to ask from service centre people.
And after all this drama the final answer i got is YOUR CHARGER IS NOT REPLACABLE.
Then from last 3 days are these HP people were sleeping??
HP SUCKS!!!
Better beware of these fraud people and company and in my opinion if you want to buy a laptop then never go for HP one.

I Purchased HP laptop model no.probook 4510s from Silver System,Dhantoli, Nagpur, India, in December,2010. They didn’t gave us laptop with OS window 07. They simply installed trial pack version of windows 07 which worked for 1 month only. Thry are now denying to install original OS. Now I am facing many problems with fake OS. and only one problm was solved.

Hi,
I got HP Presario laptop from US around 2 years back, now it got some problem during start. I went to their Chandigarh service center but those guys said, please check with customer care if its supported in India. I raised a case with customer care, they said its not supported and get in touch with customer care on phone. HP phone line never works, luckily one day i got and she tole me she will mail me some email id to check but that mail has never arrived and its almost a month.
Now not sure how to get my laptop service

i went to sc right aftr 10 days of purching my laprotp, having some key issue.. Those idiots dont know how to solve the same.
its been 1 yrs, i am having the same prob with my laptop.
After 3 month i got one thick line at the bottom of screen, they replaced the same after lots of warranty issue. they are saying ur warranty is expired, buts its not even 8 month at that time.
Now i got prob with the battery, and they dindt change the same though its under warranty. nor i hv to purchase the same

i have never seen the worst hp costmare care in india ,when we want log problem they will hold the line for long even half hour so person will get wexed for log on complaint in hp service

HP customer care is the worst customer care service in HYDERABAD ever seen in laptops. At least in India,/hyderabad .AP. they suck or maybe they fool. They give you phone nos. and half dont work. The other half are either busy or unable to reach no. or call later or leave your message (automated tape, it sucks man !).

i had visited the HP Shop at besant nagar below fab india, chennai. i wanted to buy two minis (netbooks) 1120 or 1122. i was told by the boy at the shop that he would contact the wharehouse and get the minis and intimate me in one hour. this happened at 2.30pm today (26/10/2010) i am yet to get the response from HP. guess this is how they do business at HP. i wonder why they keep the customer request book at the shop.

I purchased a laptop HP G42-356TU on 9th Oct 2010. Ever since then the display is flickering and also the function keys the not working.. After suffering much because of these problems the product was returned on 8 th November 2010 to HP. Now they are claiming that the guaranty period is over and its only warranty. When I have hardly used it during the last month and even after handling it very carefully, if it is giving problem so soon how many such repairs will HP so for me? I request the concerned person to go through this and replace my laptop instead of repairing it.
I never expected HP to go so low in their quality and service.

It is rather unacceptable that within just 2 days of operation of newly purchased HP pavilion DV6-3109TU 40m laptop got breakdown. I have spooked to HP customer care (Ref No: 46223739916) they trying to convince by replacing Hard disk. It is surprising bard new laptop failed to boot just after two days of purchase. As an ex-employee of HP partner I can say
if HP products defects within warranty period first step HP team try to foolish the customer by explaining lot of facts like, the product failed because it is used beyond usage limit. In HP, Escalation is mandatory for repair it in under normal warranty.

we would like inform that we had purchased laptop model no. WH951PA DV4 2101T4 & SERIAL NO. CND0071PXX having serious problem of hanging & blue screen error noticed & the same was given to yr HP service centre vide Ref No. 7103 dt. 28/2/11 & 7200 dt. 16.3.11.
The problem is still continue which was mentioned above & customer care is asking again to check & rectify.now the service centre has installed pirated windows 7 software which i purchased original
The system is under warranty & we want to replace the same as had purchased from yr local dealer…
We shall be greatfull to replace this unit asap.

Last Month on 23rd of March ,I had given my laptop to service center in Ahmedabad,Gujarat cause my “SYSTEM WAS RUNNING SLOW”.
They diagnosed my laptop for 3 days and gave me the response that my hard-disk was failed and has to be replaced.But,as I am a college student studying in Jaipur.I had to shift my case to Jaipur.
In Jaipur,my laptop was again diagnosed and then the hard-disk was replaced.For 4 days my laptop was in service center but when i checked it ,it was working properly.
After two days,it started giving me the same problem.I again had to move to your service center which is 30 KM from my college,Jaipur.As a student,its very difficult to travel again and again.
Again, laptop was diagnosed and this time it showed the battery problem.Again they took 4 days and still the problem is still persisting.Still the laptop is in service center.Warranty period of my laptop is till 16th April’2011.
If after servicing the laptop, if i again get some problem after a couple of days then who will be responsible for it.
Your engineers should properly check the laptop then only should deliver the laptop.
I am very sorry to say that I am not at all satisfied with the service you are providing to your customers.I checked out your customer forum and most of the customers are very much dissatisfied with your services and have the same problem which I am facing right now.

i entirely agree with the majority comments that HP Custpmer service is sheer crap.I am a sufferer myself, having purchased a high end HP lap top. Within 2-3 months,booting problems started and with it my troubles with customer care. To add to my woes, immediately thereafter, the display on monitor became faulty. Getting HP service into action has been an enormous task since then- its like trying to hit a wall- they would tell you to try out things yourself and refuse to depute their engineer despite onsite warranty having been purchased. After so many calls and frustrating mails, finally the monitor was replaced but within 2 days, even the new monitor dispalys smudges, I took it to their authorised service centre yesterday and was told that the monitor and web camera seem to have some problem and need to be checked- BUT FOR THAT I HAVE TO CALL HP AGAIN AND TAKE A COMPLAINT NUMBER- SO I AM BACK TO CALLING HP AND TRYING TO PERSUADE THEM TO REGISTER MY COMPLAINT- THEY WILL TELL ME TO TRY OUT CHECKS MYSELF- IN THE HOPE THAT I WILL GIVE UP— IN THE MEANWHILE THE SYSTEM CONTINUES WITH THE BOOTING PROBLEM. This reflect the total kind of quality service of a big and repute company like HP in India.

HP Customer service is indeed crap. I had purchased a Laptop from HP seeing ads in the newspaper about gifts worth Rs.3500 for it. Later, I registered the product and also the gift redemption team approved my request. But it is more than one month since they are supposed to send the gift, and it is not yet come. And now, the Redemption team (‘notebook (AT) solutions-intg DOT com’) is not even responding to my queries.

i have had constant problem with hp support
1) they don’t understand english
2) i end up more issues than i started with.
it took a month to replace a printer under warranty.
because they sent shipping labels without a tracking number which i had to get from fedex. i gave them the information they lied and said that was not. i had fedex fax to me because they were too lazy to find it.
i had a issue with the new printer i finally got.
i spent almost an hr on the phone to br told i need new yellow ink. after they wasted my ink and paper
doing what i told them i had already done.
when i sent an email to head office i got a reply from

I just bought a Compaq PC & in less than 50 days, the monitor colors have gone cokeyed. When I called the customer care I was told that its operational between 9am & 6pm.
Alright, after a day of struggle I managed to get through to the customer care who logged the complaint. Finally I got a call from the engineer, who, when heard, I am in Gurgaon, disconnected the phone.
Once again I called the customer care no.: 011-30675107, wher I spoke to a lady called Richa. She told me that they have dipatched a new monitor.
I was happy, atleast some believes in customer care, so I told her the problem which was wrongly quoted in their log & the lady said we will organise an engineer visit.
An hour later an engineer called saying he will be there by 3pm. I told him not to delay it as I had to go out. Another hour passed & then this brainless moron calls me to tell me that the engineer will be late & that I should take a photo of my monitor & mail it.
When I asked why this daft tells me that the engineer will either come after 4pm or on Monday. When I told her all thiS is not possible you must do it today, else I am not interested, she said in that case we will close your call & that’s it… matter closed.

I bought a laptop mini 210 on 5th of Nov 2010 from M/S Bhavyaji Computers pvt. ltd. faridabad. Invoice No – 0714 I bought it under a Diwali scheme of free voucher worth Rs 2000/ from adidas. I made the online registration & the unique registration code no is 2214881 . I send them the documents through post to claim my voucher . I tried contacting them but whenever i call at the customer care no, most of the time automated machine answers when someone picks the call he/she gives me some other no. I am fed up by all this. If you cant to keep your words then why do you come up with such schemes just to increase your sale. I am thoroughly disappointed .

This is Chytanya Jasti from hyderrabad. I’m using “HP 540 NOTEBOOK PC” Since December 2008, whose configuration was 160GB HARD DISK & 2GB RAM. Now i want to extend my Hard Disk to 500GB. Is it Possible? If Yes How Much Would it cost? and what about the existing hard disk, Can it be used as an external hard disk? Reply me as early as possible..!

Hello Friends,
I agree to you all and let me add it’s not only their service, but, HP itself is a big Fraud.
to give the pen drive customer care number on their site.
They sell Pen drives in Asia pacific with labels of 2 yr warranty, while on their site they mention that for Asia Pacific the warranty is 1 yr and it is in Europe and Africa that the warranty is actually 2 yrs.
Not only this, searching the right customer care number is like looking for a needle in hay stock.
And, thus I’m yet to find a service center number to get my HP v165w pen drive replaced because all the customer care numbers I have, don’t accept complaints for pen drives and may be they forgot

Dear Sir
i bought HP All in one desktop IQ500 series from USA and the day i brought in india it was not used on regular Now i am having the problem with the display and when i tried with the local HP reseller in chennai he said all the desktops and the labtops with Nvedia chip set is having the display problem and nothing can be done only the motherboard to be replaced – please can anybody help me whom and where to contact in this regard.
