Facing problem using Jajah

I facing problem using jajah lately. The site isn’t allowing me to add funds neither make a call. I tried to make call from another account having sufficient amount. I picked up the phone from my end but jajah didn’t recognize it. Nor the call initiated. But my money was cut. I did this twice to see if problem was just momentary but still my money was cut. It seems jajah is facing technical problems. It recently announced that it is facing some technical problem and said they have solved it. But i see no signs of it being solved, instead they are getting worse.

I didnt use jajah for a few months so now my remaining 11.00 is held captive for ever…..unless, per chance, I wish to feed their kitty with another $10.00 ti “re Activate”!
