There are several series in Vaio, one of them being BZ series. Even in BZ there are few models, like BZ 15GN.

In higher-end costly models, you can get 10 hours battery life models. Battery life in Vaio don’t suck as much as Compaq (and even HP i suppose) in india does considering high configuration of VAIO laptops.
MRP at Rs. 65,000.
Sony Vaio are one of the most attractive configuration laptops in India starting from Rs. 50,000 price and stops somewhere at Rs, 1,45,000 ( I suppose i saw this one). So it mainly targets high-end rich people who can really afford it plus who are really fans of Blu-Ray disc technology, available and trademarked exclusively in Vaio laptops. Sony has both of its product, handycam and laptops fantastic (I know they have other products too). Not many people use Vaio except who can really afford it. Believe me, people who know about laptops and have standard budget, never go for Vaio. Most people i feel in India who go for Vaio must be either Sony brand lovers of really don’t mind spending huge for some really good configuration. 2.4 GHz processors and 4 GB RAM, Sleek and trendy slim look apart from shiny and durable body, what else can you say !
