Sony Vaio is the only brand in india which sells one of the costliest laptops. Sony released a new model VGN-FW13GU/H. Price is Rs. 1,25,000 ($ 2730).
Configuration : Windows Vista OS, Intel Core 2Duo 2.53 GHz, 4 GB DDR2 SDRAM, Blu-Ray Drive + writer, ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3470 256 MB dedicated graphics card, 320 GB ATA HDD. Display is TFT 16.4 ” wide WXGA 1600×900 with LCD view type.
Battery life is not much. Just 2 hours. But i suppose its obvious with such high configuration but still it should have been about 4 hours. Weights about 3 Kg. Blu-Ray disc is one such unique feature in Sony laptops. Although quite costly, they always have high configuration an best of features in laptops apart from sexy and trendy look.
