To know your genome it costs fortune and nobody does that. It currently costs $60,000 to know your genome. New research groups are promising to make it for $1000 in 3-4 years time. But wait, something much cheaper. 2 companies - ‘Bionanomatrix’ and ‘Complete genomics’ say that in near future they can do it for $100.
Genome study seems to be the latest curiosity among DNA related people. They employ various techniques and each time they promise to do it cheaper, they actually found an alternate method reducing the expense of the process.
