Stumbleupon is easier than digg to get traffic

It is noticed that stumbleupon (SU) is easier to get REGULAR stream of traffic than from digg. Of course, if you hit the front page of digg, you get thousands of visits but that takes a lot of work - a great post and upon that good no. of already established visitors everyday who actually digged that post. And then you get that traffic. While stumbleupon is easier, also not that easy as you think. Traffic from SU doesn’t just come by inserting its button and awaiting for traffic from SU. You can get small traffic now and then (actually a packet of traffic dose) from SU if your readers do click on SU buttons, while digg takes several hundred visitors to vote it before it gets noticed on homepage of digg.
Orkut rocks with several inbuilt apps

Orkut has whole bunch of fascinating and learning full apps in it. Earlier, facebook was the only social networking site with inbuilt apps like racing, etc. but now orkut has got hundreds of variety apps related to music, videos, chats, emotions, games, etc. There are apps for investment type game and what not. I tried several apps yesterday and its quite interesting. Orkut remains my sole active social network. You have the freedom to check out other people’s profile and scraps and videos and pics ! While facebook sucks at it. Orkut i suppose is more preferred in india and S. America. Although facebook is the most popular of all but i like Orkut only. Also you can select from several fascinating design templates for your profile and that really makes your social profile at first sight quite cool !

Social media has changed the whole working of Internet. Its influence is surely not negligible. Right from content to SEO, it has changed a lot. Social media is traffic source of several sites. I am recently addicted to orkut. orkut is popular in india compared to hi5 and facebook. I still like orkut because it simpler and easy while i find facebook quite complicated and restricted. Social media has changed how people communicate and stay in touch with each other. Many bloggers are addicted to twitter (thanks, not me) and jaiku, etc. Social media is easy and flexible option to stay in touch with mass and latest happenings. Social media has also changed the way SEO worked, the way quality content was digged, the way good bloggers getting highlighted and what not.
I advise bloggers who really right very good useful content to leverage the power of social media like Digg, stumbleupon, etc. They can really be good sources of tremendous traffic at a point. Whats your favourite social media site ?

Compaq c773tu and 772tu has problems of audio driver and especially of using microphone. Microphone wont work without installing Vista. And Vista sucks. So you are in fix. Few models of compaq series have several problems like of WAN, audio driver, etc. which hardly have some good solutions. It sucks when you badly need to call someone from your computer. What the hell HP is doing in this matter ?
Youngsters are quite addicted to social networking

I have seen that from starting of facebook, orkut, hi5 ,etc., youngsters at least are hanging in 1-2 social sites half of the time. Quite an addiction. They make sure that their social profile is updated, has something crispy if not romantic. But that’s a bad thing. Well, i will not try to be arrogant about this because there was a time when i used to be addicted to orkut. When these social sites first came, i used to laugh and be angry on those who used to be active on it. But times changed after that. Facebook didn’t interest me anything much.
Orkut - I have seen teens in race for having maximum no. of scraps in their orkut profile. I didn’t knew about this and therefore used to delete the useless scrap. Then i came to knew it’s a status symbol in orkut 
Hi5 - It’s got some good profile interference. They always try their level best to get other members via us. ( If someone has gone through registration procedure recently, he can know that ass kicking experience )
Facebook - It’s fine. But i am not addicted to it. It must have some good applications to play with. You can’t see someone’s profile except he/she is your friend.
Linkedin - Never tried out 
It’s good to be on these sites but not at the cost of other things. Set a definite time for it.
